OUR classes


Our Varsity program is built for high school athletes. In Varsity classes we get the most out of our athletes to empower their performance on the field or court.


JV is our program for middle school athletes. We focus on building safe patterns and teach them to move well. JV athletes also receive an introduction to the basic tools they will see in our Varsity program.

Northland Kids

Northland kids is built for 3rd to 5th grade athletes. In this program we teach kids to love exercise and we focus on creating safe movement patterns that will last a lifetime.

5 AM Club

The 5 AM Club is built for busy dads who struggle to find the time to train. This class is designed to create the physical capacity to handle whatever life throws at you. We also build strength and camaraderie among the group.

Personal Training

Personal Training is designed to get you the greatest return in the fastest possible way. A custom program built just for you. We offer Personal Training in 30 and 60 minute increments for people of all ages and skill levels.
